How long will my order take to arrive?

As all of our treats are lovingly handmade to order, please allow between 5-10 days for delivery. All of our resin products are custom made so please allow up to 15 days for delivery of these.

Where shall I store the treats?

Treats should be stored in a cool dry place or in an airtight container in the freezer.

How long do the treats keep for?

Our dog, cat and small animal treats will last for up to 4 months if kept in an airtight container or their own packaging. Our rabbit/piggy treats will keep up to 6 months if kept in an airtight container or own packaging. All of our treats can also be frozen and kept for up to 12 months in the freezer. 

Can puppies/kittens have your treats?

We advise that dogs over the age of 8 weeks and kittens over the age of 10 weeks can safely eat our treats.

How do I care for my resin products?

All of our resin products are made with high quality resin. Our tags are designed to be used every day but not in conditions such as swimming or heavy rain as excess water can make the resin cloudy. Excess sunlight may also cause slight yellowing to the resin so it is advised not to leave any products in direct sunlight. 

How much is postage?

We charge £3.95 for postage, however, if you spend over £29 you will receive free delivery. Our treats are posted in regular boxes, not letterbox boxes, simply to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Our ID tags are £1.05 for postage as they are delivered in an envelope.

Where do you deliver too?

We currently only deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Do you accept returns?

If you are unhappy with a product you have received, please contact us via email or Facebook to arrange returns. Items will be accepted as returned for a refund or replacement as long as they are in the original packaging and unopened. 

Can I buy your treats from anywhere other then online?

We will be attending various farmers markets and other shows around the Yorkshire area throughout the year. Please like our Facebook page to keep updated about any coming events.
