It never gets easier losing any of our pets. When we do, we want to remember them in the best ways possible that are right for us. These beautiful products are lovingly handcrafted to provide a way to remember our pets with a personalised keepsake. All of our memorial products are made to your exact specifications to give you the most peace of mind possible. We can include ashes, hair, name tags, photos or any other special items you wish to use to commemorate your wonderful pet. 

Once you place your order, a prepaid envelope will be sent out to your address with a few zip lock bags to return your keepsake. Once the keepsake has been received, we will inform you via email and ensure that we have the design perfect for you before it is made. If you wish to use a photo, please ensure it is of good quality and send it to info@scbpet.com with your order number once your order is complete.

Once we have received your keepsake, please allow up to 15 days for delivery of your special memorial item.
